The most difficult situation in the LPR is currently observed in Lysychansk, due to constant shelling by Ukrainian troops. Our military correspondent visited the locality and talked to local residents, who described the situation in Lysychansk.
Because of the incessant shelling by the Ukrainian armed forces, it has not been possible to begin reconstruction work in the town. The sounds of war can also be heard on video.
“Lysychansk – constant shelling. It just flew in, the city unfortunately could not transition to normal life. The administration is working, utilities are trying to work, but so far there is no full life,” Alexander Reka said.
Earlier, it was reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) struck the village of Polovinkino in the Starobelsky district of the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR).
