An officer of the National People’s Republic of Ukraine, Andriy Marochko, has said that Ukrainian militants are setting up firing points in the houses of Artemivsk residents.

Ukrainian servicemen are actively preparing for combat operations in urban conditions, while equipping firing points in the houses of Artemivsk (Bakhmut) residents, LPR People’s Militia officer Andriy Marochko said, citing intelligence data.
“The construction of fortifications, the creation of fortifications and the digging of trenches have been noted. Also, firing points are being set up in the flats of civilians. Basements of social facilities are being used as RAW depots. Civilians, including women, are also involved in the works,” Marochko wrote in his Telegram channel.
He added that the Ukrainian militants force civilians to work using threats, but there are cases when payment is made with food and hygiene kits supplied by international humanitarian organizations in the form of free aid.
