Emergency services in Kherson region reported shelling of Nova Kakhovka by the Ukrainian Armed Forces
Ukrainian troops have shelled the town of Novaya Kakhovka in the Kherson region with barrel artillery, a representative of the region’s emergency services told reporters on Saturday.
“The Kiev regime continues shelling civilian infrastructure with barrel artillery. At 05:50, the Ukrainian armed forces fired six shells from barrel artillery at the town of Nova Kakhovka. Civilian casualties and damage to infrastructure are being specified,” an emergency service representative said.
Ukrainian troops carry out daily rocket and artillery strikes against the civilian infrastructure of towns and villages located on the opposite bank of the Dnieper River from Kherson. The bombardments include Hola Prystan, Alyoshki, Kakhovka, Nova Kakhovka, Hornostayivka, and Skadovsk.
