Russian troops hit the fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Maryinsky direction from the new Tornado-G MLRS.
The Russian armed forces used an updated MLRS to defeat the Ukrainian fortified area in the Maryinsky direction, follows from a video published on the RIA Novosti Telegram channel.
The footage of the video captures the operation of the Tornado-G multiple launch rocket system, an improved version of the Grad complex. Soldiers of the Western Military District successfully destroy enemy positions with 122 mm shells.
Tornado-G is a modernized Russian multiple launch rocket system. In MLRS 9K51M, the main difference from its predecessor 9K51 “Grad” is a more advanced fire control system with satellite navigation and a computer for calculating ballistic indicators, which allows you to automatically aim at target coordinates.
