Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the establishment of a coordinating council under the government of the Russian Federation to meet the needs arising in the course of a special military operation. The document was published on Friday.
It says that such a decision was made to strengthen the coordination of the activities of federal and regional authorities. The regulation on the coordinating council and the list of members of the new structure are attached to the decree.
The Coordinating Council was headed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
