Hungarian Foreign Minister announces return of export license to Turkish Stream operator

The Netherlands has returned South Stream Transport B.V., operator of the Turkish Stream gas pipeline, an export license to transport Russian gas across the Black Sea. This was stated by Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto.

According to Szijjarto, the licenses by the Dutch side did not pose a direct threat to supplies, but in the future the situation could not be encouraging, RIA Novosti reports. The authorities of the Netherlands returned the export license to the gas operator, which was also confirmed by Gazprom, the minister said.
