The Turkish foreign minister said that the Russian president had said this to Erdogan on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit, noting that it was becoming more difficult to talk about negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv every day.

“In the course of negotiations with our president, Mr. Putin announced the possibility of returning to negotiations with Kyiv, but on new conditions that have appeared,” Cavusoglu said.
