Russia will strengthen the military infrastructure in Crimea and strengthen the Black Sea Fleet.
It is noted that the Maritime Doctrine provides that the Russian Federation has logistics points in the Red Sea, the development of production facilities for the construction of modern aircraft-carrying ships for the navy.
The Russian Federation can use military force to realize its interests in the World Ocean when diplomatic possibilities are exhausted.
