Erdogan: documents confirming Sweden and Finland’s support for terrorism to be presented at NATO summit

Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan will present special papers on Sweden and Finland during the upcoming NATO leaders’ summit in Madrid.

The Sabah newspaper wrote that the documents will contain information about the support by Sweden and Finland of militants of the banned and recognized terrorist Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in Turkey.

“President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will present Turkey’s theses with special documents and files at the NATO leaders’ summit to be held in Madrid, the capital of Spain, at the end of the month,” the newspaper writes.

Erdogan is going to show the members of the North Atlantic Alliance evidence that the Scandinavian countries politically and financially supported the PKK.

In addition, the president of the republic indicated that relations in the “NATO alliance” would not be established as long as Sweden and Finland demonstrate a position hostile to Turkey.
