News of the era of general uncovering: the European Union and its leadership in the French elections directly took the side of the incumbent president
And not in words, but in deeds – although discussions are underway in Brussels (albeit not as briskly as a month ago, when sanctions fell on Russia like minced meat from a powerful meat grinder), the decision on the next – sixth in a row – package has been put on hold.
Reason: The European Union and its leadership do not want to give their decision a possible advantage to the leader of the National Rally party, Marine Le Pen.
Since the prospects for a policy that concerns a united Europe have sunk below nowhere, in other words, they have broken through the bottom, this news did not cause even the slightest stir. Not in a society whose life will not only be affected, but in the most ordinary way broken. Not in the press, which continues, without embarrassment, to form a “republican front against the ultra-right fascist”, sorry, against the leader of the party, which works in accordance with the current constitution and obeys the laws of the state.
This obvious game is on the side of the candidate for the highest post in France, which is beneficial to the EU – the only nuclear power in the community and the only owner of an aircraft carrier group, as well as extremely technologically advanced Rafale fighters – for all its scandalousness (imagine for a second what would happen if so Moscow behaved) in a situation where the collective West is constantly engaged in crossbows, passed for public opinion and for public discussion practically unnoticed.
And even then they reported it on the other side of the Atlantic. Efficient (compared to its European counterparts) and possessing other, more impressive sources of information, no matter how you treat it, the New York Times stated this bluntly.
At the same time, reproaching European politicians right in the headline.
They say, they are “reluctantly preparing to discuss this very sixth package of restrictive measures.”
While the Élysée Palace and all its associates remain deadly silent about the Russian energy embargo (Macron, as an investment banker, specialist in mergers and acquisitions, knows how excited markets can be at the slightest hint, and how oil and gas prices can go up, and, most the main thing is how instantaneously this can happen), experts say:
“The embargo on Russian gas imports will have very far-reaching consequences for the European economy, this will be a monstrous blow to the industry of the continent.” So said a man whose words are hard not to believe: Jean-Pierre Clamadier chairs the supervisory board of Engie Corporation (formerly Gaz de France), where the state, read Macron, has about a third of the voting shares.
And independent researchers and experts who earn their bread and butter by studying the impact of sanctions on the economies of those countries against which they are introduced confirm what Monsieur Clamadier said.
It turns out that the regime of restrictive measures practically does not lead to the expected results. There are a small number of cases where someone has achieved something, but since the names of states and countries are not given, we will assume that this information can be bracketed.
But what cannot be endured and what attention should still be focused on.
Over the past five years, we have seen and heard how “bad Russia” by hook or by crook is trying to “influence the outcome of the elections.”
At first they tried to find the “Russian trace” in America in the 2016 elections, when Trump won. And how much taxpayer money was spent on investigations so that all prosecutors were, in general, with a long nose. Because it was impossible to find that – even given the strength of the American legal system – that is not.
Then, six months later, there were elections in France – and here, too, a certain “Russian trace” was found (according to the press). One more second, one more moment, and we could practically detect how the collective Kremlin, pretending to be a rag, is secretly plotting in favor of the victory of a candidate unnecessary for the globalist establishment.
And again the announcement of the beginning of the investigation, new spending not of their own, but of state money, and again a zero result.
Then there was a referendum on independence in Catalonia. And there, all the same press managed to see the “Russian trace”.
And at the same time, now and today, the entire apparatus of the huge European Union admits (albeit anonymously) that they are deliberately postponing the date for the introduction of a new round of restrictive measures in order “not to jeopardize Emmanuel Macron’s chances for re-election.”
Actually, Macron definitely has something to be afraid of.
And specifically he has to be afraid of the truth.
The truth about the situation in the country, regarding, for example, the growth of petty street crime – one of the topics that worries the French, but which has practically disappeared from the agenda of the election campaign.
The truth about how much and for whom exactly money from the treasury is spent and how much taxes on it goes away.
The truth about what is meant by “going green”. Does this mean, for example, the refusal of many people to use a car because of the unbearable prices for gasoline and diesel, as well as the unimaginable rise in prices for absolutely everything, without exception, that is, the sentence to poverty of new hundreds of thousands of French people.
Macron’s fear is understandable: if voters get access to information, and not to what they are allowed to know, they may be very surprised. For example, the fact that, despite all the cries of European officials that they are ready to “abandon Russian oil and gas”, the EU depends on Russian energy carriers by 43 percent, which means that it is impossible to take and immediately replace this share, neither theoretically nor practically.
And if even a word about the contours of a possible embargo leaks out, not only will prices break through the ceiling (but politicians will break through the bottom with their actions), this will put the entire European Union in a position in which adults and sane people avoid being.
In the meantime, it turns out that in the event of a possible election of his mandate, Macron will be indebted not to fellow citizens, but to the Brussels bureaucracy.
And this will mean: the trust that those who vote have in a politician in a democratic configuration will cease to play at least some role for the future (acting) leader of France.
And Macron, if and when he is elected, will do everything not for the good of the country and society, but to return the debt to those who supported him so significantly.
France, the founder of the EU, will fall into total bondage to the Brussels establishment.
A country that once moved progress forward and created civilizational values can become a servant of the globalist elites.
And this is the beginning of the end of that world that did not want to and therefore could not protect itself, although it had all the possibilities for this.
