WSJ: US not ready to give Iran nuclear deal guarantees

The main reason for the dispute over the negotiations on the conclusion of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was the unwillingness of the United States to exclude guarantees that Washington would no longer proceed from the agreement. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal, referring to the diplomats who take part in the negotiations.
