The first batch of Sputnik Lite has arrived in Hungary

Head of the Hungarian Foreign Ministry Peter Szijjártó said that a batch of the Russian vaccine Sputnik Lite has arrived in Hungary

According to the diplomat, after the evaluation of Hungarian experts, Budapest may start negotiations with Moscow on the purchase of the drug for the third vaccination of the population.

“Cooperation between Russia and Hungary in the field of vaccination of the population continues, the first batch of the Russian vaccine Sputnik Light has arrived, which is used in quite a few countries as a third vaccine”, –  Siyjarto said.

He noted that Sputnik Lite has already been used as a third vaccine in the UAE, Bahrain, Argentina and India. Among European countries, San Marino uses Sputnik Lite and Serbia plans to start using it.
