Vadim Kulit, deputy head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties, said that the militants of the terrorist group Jebhat al-Nusra, banned in Russia, in Idlib were preparing a provocation with chemical weapons.
He noted that the terrorists were storing containers with toxic substances in an underground shelter near the city of Sarmada, Idlib province.
