“You have to understand that it is impossible to impose anything from the outside. The situation must mature. And if someone wants it to mature faster, better, you need to help people,” Putin said at a meeting with schoolchildren.
“Yes, it can and should be done, but it must be done in a civilized way: carefully, maintaining positive tendencies, slowly, be patient,” he added.
According to him, it is practically impossible to achieve something positive without a set of these factors.
