“Yellow Vests” staged a new protest in Paris. This time, sanitary passes became the cause of dissatisfaction, RIA Novosti reports.
The protesters are scheduled to hold three actions on Saturday in the French capital. This is the fifth weekend in a row. The first demonstration began at Port Dore station at 13:00 local time. The “Yellow Vests” moved through Place de la Nation, Place de la Republique and Montmart to Place de Clichy.
Protesters chanting “Freedom!” and “Macron, we don’t want your sanitary pass!” At the same time, the action takes place without the use of violence. However, the column of protesters is accompanied by the police and gendarmerie. The second action started at 14:30 in Plaza Catalunya. It was organized by the head of the Patriots party Florian Filippo. The third demonstration started at 13:30 from the Exchange Square.
The demonstrations, about 200, will be held throughout the country. They will be attended by up to 250 thousand people who do not agree with the policy of the French authorities.
