Turkey announced the neutralization of seven terrorists in Syria

The Turkish Ministry of National Defense said that the country’s Armed Forces “neutralized seven terrorists” in northern Syria in response to an attack on a Turkish armored car, TASS reports.

“The terrorists who killed two of our soldiers in the zone of the” Shield of the Euphrates “operation were subjected to retaliatory actions. The positions of the terrorists were hit, as a result of which seven terrorists were neutralized”, – the defense ministry said.

The attack on Turkish soldiers took place in the area of ​​the city of Al-Bab, located in the Aleppo province, on Saturday evening. As a result of the attack, two soldiers were injured and two were killed. Turkish television claims the PKK and the People’s Self-Defense Forces are behind the attack. Both of these organizations are recognized as terrorist by Ankara.
