The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry intends to hold talks with the ambassadors of Germany and France
This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba in a video statement.
Kuleba said that Ukraine will examine in detail what is behind this initiative, why now, and how Berlin and Paris will behave next.
“I am convinced that when close to you, friendly countries do things that grossly violate your national interests, you have to be frank with them and defend your national interests just as harshly. Therefore, today we will talk to ambassadors of Germany and France”, – the minister said.
Ukraine, he said, wants to better understand the intentions pursued by Berlin and Paris and how it relates to the sanctions policy against Russia and their role as mediators in the Normandy format.
