US President Joe Biden and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron discussed policies towards Russia and China as well as NATO modernisation during a meeting on the sidelines of the ongoing G7 summit in the English county of Cornwall on Saturday
The White House press office said in a statement issued on Saturday.
“President Biden and President Macron discussed work aimed at modernising NATO, our close cooperation on counter-terrorism, including in the Sahel region, as well as our common foreign policy priorities such as China and Russia”, – the statement stressed.
