First group of Russian diplomats left the Czech Republic

A group of Russian diplomats and administrative and technical staff left the Russian Embassy in Prague as part of the reduction of the diplomatic mission’s personnel.

A group of diplomats have now left for the airport. Employees of the Russian diplomatic mission are leaving Prague as part of the equalization of the number of personnel of the Russian Embassy in Prague and the Czech Embassy in Moscow to seven diplomats and 25 administrative and technical staff.

Recall that in mid-April, Prague accused the Russian special services of involvement in the explosions at military depots in the village of Vrbetitsa and expelled 18 employees of the Russian embassy from the country. Moscow firmly denied all accusations and declared 20 employees of the Czech diplomatic mission personified non grata.
