The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has lost video access to Iranian nuclear facilities. This is stated in a statement by the chairman of the Mejlis (parliament) of the country, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
“The IAEA does not have the right to access video recordings and information from cameras inside Iranian nuclear facilities due to the expiration of the deadline”, – Ghalibaf said.
We are talking about an agreement between Iran and the IAEA on a temporary technical solution to continue monitoring at Iranian nuclear facilities for up to three months.
Recall that in February, a law came into force in Iran suspending the additional protocol to the guarantee agreement with the agency. In accordance with the document, the access and type of inspections by the IAEA in Iran has been reduced. In addition, the agency lost access to video cameras at Iranian nuclear facilities.
