Armenian Prime Minister stated that he sees the settlement of the situation only according to the principle of “separation for the sake of salvation”
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and French President Emmanuel Macron discussed the situation in the South Caucasus, as well as the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict over the phone, TASS reported with reference to the press service of the Armenian Cabinet.
“The interlocutors discussed the situation in the Transcaucasus and the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship. Prime Minister Pashinyan stressed that he sees the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict solely on the principle of ‘separation for salvation'”, – the statement reads.
Pashinyan and Macron also discussed the agenda for Armenian-French relations and issues related to domestic political developments in Armenia.
