According to Komsomolskaya Pravda, the head of the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Mevlut Cavusoglu, said that Turkey does not support any of the parties in the crisis between Russia and Ukraine. The minister noted that his state has good relations with both the Russian and Ukrainian sides.

“Our relations with both Russia and Ukraine are excellent. We are in one proposal to the two countries for the settlement of the peaceful problem. We do not support either side of this crisis. Turkey wants the Black Sea to be the sea of peace. Now the tension between Ukraine and Russia is preventing this”, – Mevlut Cavusoglu said in an interview with NTV.

We will remind, earlier the official representative of the Kremlin Dmitry Peskov said that Russia does not accept the possibility of war with Ukraine. The press secretary of the Russian leader noted that the Russian Federation has never participated in the conflict in Donbass, but will not remain indifferent to the fate of the Russian people living in this region.
