Sputnik V vaccine registered in Syria

The Syrian embassy in Moscow announced the registration of the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine, TASS reports.

“The Syrian Arab Republic has completed all the registration procedures for the Russian Sputnik V vaccine against the COVID infection and allowed its use on its territory”, – the Syrian embassy said in a statement.

Currently, the Russian vaccine against coronavirus Sputnik V, developed by the Gamaleya Research Center for Electrochemistry, is registered in more than 30 countries.
