Israel conducts unplanned exercises on the northern border

On Sunday, February 14, the Israel Defense Forces air force suddenly announced a massive exercise on the northern border.

“Israel Air Force Surprise Exercise Rose of Galilee started yesterday (Sunday). They are carried out by order of the commander of the Israeli Air Force Amikam Norkin and are intended to increase the combat readiness of the Air Force in the northern direction. The exercises are expected to end on Wednesday”, – the IDF press service said.

During the exercise, it is planned to work out the processes of control and implementation of missions, “to study complex logistics and technological capabilities with an emphasis on ensuring freedom of action in the air and full functional continuity”.

The press service warned that during the exercise “there will be an increased traffic of Israel Defense Forces planes and helicopters across the country”.
