The French Foreign Ministry said that Paris, together with Berlin, is continuing its efforts to implement the agreements reached at the summit in the “Norman format” last year
This was stated by a representative of the French Foreign Ministry at a briefing on 23 November, reports “European Truth”.
He recalled that at the Paris Summit in December 2019, the Heads of State and Government of the “Norman format” countries agreed on the need to include in Ukrainian legislation the so-called Steinmeyer formula, which defines the conditions for entry into force of the law on special procedure of local self-government of certain districts of Lugansk and Donetsk regions.
