Ankara agreed with Moscow on the new location of military posts in Syria

Earlier, Turkey carried out the withdrawal of troops from four observation posts in northwestern Syria, in particular from the provinces of Hama and Idlib.


According to Bloomberg, citing a source, Ankara discussed the new locations of Turkish observation posts in Syria with the Russian military.

“The Turkish military discussed the locations of the new observation points with Moscow, which previously, together with the Syrian army, facilitated the withdrawal of Turkish troops from four points in the north-west of the country”, – the statement said.

The agency notes that Ankara remains committed to containing the attack on Idlib.
