In the Parisian suburb of Champigny-sur-Marne, 40 unidentified people armed with metal bars tried to storm a police station, Le Parisien reports.
The attackers fired fireworks at the site, broke windows and damaged five vehicles. They failed to get inside the site.
District police released a fragment of the attack.
The police called the attack a manifestation of hatred, but did not name the reason. Paris Police Chief Didier Lallement linked the attack to drug trafficking. The area is known for drug trafficking. This site has already been attacked earlier.
