Polyuria, that is, excess urine production, is the main symptom of diabetes. But sometimes this urine hits the patient’s head, causing dire consequences.
This happened to the President of Turkey more than once: on June 25, 2015, when Erdogan fainted right in the mosque, during the holiday prayer on Eid al-Adha; November 24 of the same year, when, on his order, a Russian military fighter jet was shot down in the skies over Syria, which resulted in the death of the Russian military; October 9, 2019, when the Turkish army invaded Syria and occupied part of its territory (despite Erdogan’s oath of eternal brotherhood with Putin, who saved him from the gallows on July 15, 2016, thanks to which the military coup failed, and Erdogan remained alive and president).
Then Erdogan transplanted half of Turkey, but did not calm down – the urine that hit his head, apparently, continued to destroy his brain and the Turkish diabetic pushed the Azerbaijani president to a new war in Karabakh. Having rudely advised the presidents of the United States, Russia and France not to pry their noses into their own affairs, obsessed with the ambition to create a new Islamic Caliphate led by Turkey, Erdogan wanted to seize first Nagorno Karabakh with the hands of Azerbaijanis, and then the entire South Caucasus!
As you can see, Erdogan already considers Azerbaijan to be his own, having distorted the formula “One nation – two states” – an alliance in which, in his opinion, the more militarily strong Turkey dominates. And after Karabakh it would be Georgia’s turn.
“Two peoples – one pain” – this formula was not accidentally instilled in the Georgians, promising to help reconquer Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali region as soon as they put an end to Karabakh.
“Capturing Adjara is not a question at all, considering the Treaty of Kars”, – Erdogan makes plans, “the compactly populated region of Kvemo Kartli is also a matter of technology (military), and there you can already think of Armenia”.
Only the patient does not understand what will happen to Georgia if the Georgian army, with the support of Azerbaijani and Turkish volunteers, tries to enter Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali region, where Russian military bases are deployed! And it will be much worse than under Saakashvili, because in 2008 these territories were not yet recognized by Russia as independent republics…
Okay, perhaps Erdogan does not really know either Georgians or Armenians – neither Karabakh nor Abkhaz, but can an adequate person assume that the United States and Russia will cede the South Caucasus to Turkey?! Does Erdogan really think that no one in Washington, Moscow, Yerevan and Tbilisi knows that the provocation on the border between the Tovuz region of Azerbaijan and the Tavush region of Armenia on July 12 was a prelude to a new war in Nagorno-Karabakh on September 27? And the new war in Nagorno-Karabkh, in turn, is the prelude to the war for the South Caucasus?!
Who, besides the patient, achieves their own adventurous goals at the cost of the lives of young men – young Azerbaijanis and Armenians ?! How, apart from illness, can explain the desire to forever sow blood feud between the two Caucasian peoples, who have long lived in peace and harmony?! Including Armenians in Azerbaijan, and Azerbaijanis in Armenia?
Is Erdogan aware of at least one precedent when an interethnic conflict was resolved by war?! The conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh began in 1988 and was the first interethnic conflict in the USSR. And then it was provoked from the outside, by a third party. To this day, Azerbaijan has not forgiven Russia, the then General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee Gorbachev, for the events in Sumgait, as well as the persecution of Heydar Aliyev by the Politburo.
“What are you waiting for?! I’m with you! Let’s return Karabakh – and that’s the end of it! Winners are not judged! Well, the USA and Russia criticized me when I entered Syria, and what’s next?!” – Erdogan incited Aliyev.
And, it seems, he chose the time “well” – the presidential elections in the USA, the parliamentary elections in Georgia, the coronavirus… Who cares about the Karabakh Armenians?! But the diabetic forgot that Saakashvili also “well” chose the time to provoke Russia – during the Beijing Olympics in August 2008. And how did it end for Georgia?! Despite the fact that the Georgian army did not fight outside Georgia! So what is Erdogan hoping for?!
Is it profitable to sell Turkish drones to Azerbaijanis and illegally send bribed militants from Syria to Karabakh? Yes, this is a profitable business in which the Turks have no equal! But what about “One nation – two states”?! Where is the promised assistance of the Turkish army to brotherly Azerbaijan?! I will tell you a secret – it will not be, because Erdogan will betray Aliyev, as he betrayed everyone else! Otherwise, the Azerbaijani army equipped with the latest weapons with the support of the second army in Europe – the Turkish one – would have destroyed the so-called Karabakh army, armed with outdated Soviet weapons, abandoned here by the KZakVO, within an hour. Armenians today, oh, so much regretted that they refused to help the Armenian diaspora of the United States and France for the sake of friendship with Russia…
And not only Armenians regret – I have no doubt that the President of Azerbaijan now deeply regrets that he fell for the eastern insidiousness of his Turkish colleague and cut off his way back, repeating Erdogan’s words – they say, we will stop the war only when we return Karabakh, which, allegedly, the last Armenian soldier must leave…
I think Aliyev, the youngest, perfectly understands that his wise father would not have rushed to such a provocation. Although, it is not too late – Pashinyan emphasizes his readiness for a compromise, and Ilham Aliyev’s peaceful decision will be welcomed by everyone, first of all – the members of the Minsk Group, the USA, Russia, France. And, of course, Georgia, where Azerbaijanis and Armenians make up one fourth of the population. Georgians, no less than Azerbaijanis, want to restore their territorial integrity, but return not bare land, but together with the Abkhaz and Ossetians living there. It’s not easy, but there is simply no alternative.
So God save us from allies like Erdogan! And we will deal with the enemies ourselves somehow.
