Militants carried out an attack in the eastern province of Afghanistan, Kapisa. This was reported by the Tolo News TV channel, citing a representative of the head of the local police.
Five police officers were killed in the attack. One of the victims was a criminal investigation officer.
The Taliban were allegedly responsible for the attack. The movement itself has not yet commented on what happened.
