According to Interfax, the US State Department on Thursday imposed sanctions against 11 structures and three individuals associated with the purchase, sale and transportation of Iranian oil.
“Today, the State Department imposed sanctions against five structures for knowingly participating in a major transaction to acquire, sell, and transport Iranian oil or oil products”, – the State Department said in a statement.
Among the structures included in the sanctions lists are an oil refinery in the Iranian city of Abadan, Chinese ship companies Zhihang Ship Management CO Ltd and Sino Energy Shipping Ltd. other.
