Iran wants to hold a second round of negotiations with Ukraine on compensation for the UIA plane crash.
This was announced by the Iranian ambassador to Ukraine Manuchehr Moradi.
“According to the agreement reached, the next round of negotiations will take place in October in Tehran. The Iranian side a few days ago a note to the Ukrainian Embassy in Tehran and proposed a period from 18 to 21 October for the second round of negotiations. Now we are awaiting a response from the Ukrainian side regarding the proposed period”, – he said.
In the first two days, expert meetings of the committees should take place. After them, the deputy foreign ministers of the two countries will discuss the results of the expert meetings.
