Turkey, Qatar and the Government of National Accord signed an agreement to establish a Turkish naval base.
This was announced by Al Arabiya TV channel.
The base will be established in the city of Misurata.
“In addition, the parties agreed to send Qatari military advisers to Libya to train the Libyan military, as well as to provide Libya with places in Turkish and Qatari military schools”, – the statement said.
