Lebanese security forces opened fire in the parliament building area in an attempt to disperse protesters.

Earlier, rioters broke into the Lebanese Foreign Ministry. According to the Al-Jadeed TV channel, servicemen followed them into the building of the Foreign Ministry.

Thousands of people took part in the protests demanding the resignation of the government and reforms. They massively throw stones and firecrackers at the police, in response they throw tear gas grenades at them.

According to the latest data, more than a hundred people were injured as a result of clashes in Beirut. Some of them were taken to nearby hospitals.
