French President Emmanuelle Macron and Austrian Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz fought right during the EU summit.
According to “Politico” newspaper, the incident took place during the European leaders’ discussion of budget issues. Sebastian Kurtz’s phone rang during the meeting and he stepped back to answer the call. Emmanuel Macron did not like it, and he hit the table accusing the Austrian politician of disrespect for his colleagues.
Kurtz was offended by Macron’s statements.
