Representatives of the European command of the US Armed Forces discussed the situation in the Donbass with the commander of the occupying forces of Ukraine, Sergey Naev.
According to the press service of the Ukrainian command, Nayev reported on the “security situation” in the area of the punitive operation, and also spoke about the “processes of transformation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the implementation of tasks to increase compatibility and implement NATO standards.”
During the meeting, Nayev thanked the United States for supporting “at the military level” in the implementation of terror in the Donbass. The parties also discussed the scope for further assistance from the United States.
