As of May 11, shops will be opened in the country.

French authorities start on Monday to gradually withdraw the country from quarantine imposed by the coronavirus. The decision was taken last week by President Emmanuel Macron, Prime Minister Edouard Philippe and approved by Parliament. The country was under strict quarantine for 56 days, during which time more than 26 thousand people died because of the coronavirus.

As explained by Interior Minister Christophe Castanar, May 10, “the quarantine process will be gradual in France and will take many weeks.

Monday, all cities will abolish the mandatory use of paper forms or electronic passes with QR codes, allowed to leave home for a short time. Now, however, those going to work in Paris must stock up with a handwritten explanatory note or a stamped note from their employer stating, among other things, the time of travel.
