Syrian authorities removed some of the restrictions: Enterprises return to work

Such a decision on Wednesday, April 29, was made by the Syrian government.

To date, only 43 cases of coronavirus infection and 3 deaths have been recorded in Syria.

Due to the fact that the distribution of COVID-19 in the country was controlled, a week ago, Damascus lifted some of the restrictions. This allowed the resumption of the work of individual enterprises. Now the government has allowed the work of markets, all commercial industrial enterprises and the service sector.

“All enterprises and stores must comply with public safety and disinfection,” the communique emphasizes.

In addition, it was decided to gradually resume the full-fledged work of government departments. At the same time, the school year will be completed earlier. Until now, it was planned that the educational process in schools will resume after May 2.
