In Iraq, the oil field of the American company Halliburton was shelled, the Baghdadtoday portal reported citing a source in security agencies.
“They were attacked with five missiles in the village of Zubeir in the western province of Basra. One missile fell near the oil well 20, the largest oil producer”, – the article states.
According to the source, the republic’s security authorities discovered the installation with which the shelling was carried out, an investigation is ongoing.
It is known that during the attack at the headquarters of the American company, an air alert was heard.
No injuries or damage resulting from the blows are reported.
