At the same time, Erdogan said that he appealed to the Russian leadership with a request not to interfere in the Idlib confrontation, leaving the Turkish military alone with the Syrian Arab army.

“I asked Putin that Russia leave the Turkish military alone with the regime,” Erdogan said. “We cannot understand what the Russian intentions are there.”
