All international organizations are cautious in their forecasts regarding the impact of the coronavirus outbreak on the economy, but it is safe to say that such an impact will be, said EU Commissioner for Economics Paolo Gentilloni at a press conference in Brussels.
“All international organizations are very cautious in their forecasts, for example, on the G20 in Saudi Arabia, there was concern, first of all, of the developing countries of Asia, but not only them. The only thing we are sure that such an impact will take place”, – said the European Commissioner in economics.
According to him, the EU continues to closely monitor the situation.
“We do not want to go deeper into predictions, we closely monitor the situation daily, maintain contacts with international economic organizations”, – Gentilloni added.
