Russian Foreign Ministry announces strict compliance with obligations on Syria

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Moscow is committed to strictly fulfilling its obligations under the Astana process and the Idlib memorandum. It is reported by TASS.

Thus, the Foreign Ministry commented on the statements of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Russia’s non-compliance with the agreements on Syria.

“Russia is committed to the strict implementation of its commitments”, – the Foreign Ministry noted.

Erdogan said earlier that Russia is not fulfilling its obligations under the settlement agreements in the Syrian province of Idlib, reached in Astana and Sochi.
