A group of migrants broke through Serbia’s border to Hungary

A group of migrants from the Middle East countries broke through the border between Serbia and Hungary, while Hungarian policemen shot in the air, according to Serbian national television, citing the police.


“According to the Hungarian police, two groups of migrants attempted to illegally enter the territory of Hungary near the border crossing Horgoš 2 – Reske 2 in the morning around 5.30 (7.30 Moscow time)”, –  reports the TV channel.

It is specified that about 60 migrants broke the fence when Khorgos 2 checkpoint was closed, “the Hungarian police officers on duty fired several warning shots into the air”, –  which stopped the migrants.

The Hungarian police then detained four people.
