The main criticism is related to the preservation of the principle of increasing the pension for a longer seniority fixed in the framework of the reform. In particular, for various categories of military personnel retirement in the usual term can result in a reduction in payments by 20-60%.
The second point that causes dissatisfaction is a change in the method of calculating pensions: salaries will not be taken into account over the past six months, but over the entire career, “which will inevitably lead to a reduction in payments,” especially to the military, who spent a long time in low-paying posts.
