Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu discussed the situation in the Middle East region with his American counterpart Mark Esper, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
“On January 10, 2020, telephone conversations of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Army General S.K. Shoigu and the Minister of Defense of the United States of America M. Esper, took place”, – the statement said.
The parties discussed the situation in the Middle East.
