Iran did not rule out additional measures against the US

Iranian Defense Minister Amir Khatami said the country does not rule out additional measures against the United States. According to him, they will depend on the actions of the Americans.

“The next answer will be proportional to US behavior,” RIA Novosti quoted Khatami as saying.

He noted that Tehran taught Washington a “big lesson.”

Earlier, the European Commission called on the United States and Iran to immediately stop using weapons in order to provide space for dialogue.

On the night of January 8, Iran attacked two American bases in the west and north of Iraq. The media reported dozens of dead.
