If the situation escalates, and Trump does not give up, a new war will again cause massive waves of refugees among the civilian population.
“These new waves of refugees from Iran and Iraq can create enormous additional risks for Germany in addition to financial costs. That is why now the most important task is to achieve an escalation effect and make it clear to the United States that Germany is not going to wage a possible war. Iran will not back down”, – Lindemann added.
