Syrian authorities are preparing to file a lawsuit against the United States for plundering the country’s oil resources, said adviser to President Bashar al-Assad Buseyn Shaaban on Wednesday.
“The authorities in the Syrian Arab Republic are exploring options for what legal measures can be taken internationally to file a lawsuit against the United States because they steal Syrian oil and violate the sovereignty of the ATS”, – Shaaban said in an interview with Lebanese al-Mayadeen.
She emphasized that Syrian territory and oil fields would be freed from the American and other presence.
