This was said by Ivan Filiponenko, an officer in the press service of the People’s Police of the LPR.
“As part of a medical examination conducted on November 20 of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of responsibility of United Territorial Community “Sever” for the identification of people who use alcohol and drugs, it has been previously established that more than one and a half thousand servicemen are prone to alcoholism and more than a thousand use drugs. The 46th and 72nd AFU brigades divided the first place in the number of alcoholics and drug addicts. The most critical state of affairs is in the 46th brigade, which Kotenko (Colonel) is still trying to control. More than 450 military servicemen and 180 drug addicts were identified in the brigade’s units”, – he said.
