In the city of Tel Abyad on the Turkish border, a mined car exploded near a gas station.
According to preliminary data, 15 people were killed, 30 were injured in a terrorist attack in the border city of Tel Abyad in northern Syria, according to Reuters.
A car bomb exploded in the city center near a gas station. Most of the wounded were sent to Turkish medical institutions, as they could not get help on the spot.
The attack occurred two weeks after the relative calm was set after reaching an agreement between Russia and Turkey on the withdrawal of units of the Kurdish self-defense forces outside the buffer zone security.
The Turkish side said that in case of a breakdown of agreements, it could begin the second phase of the operation.
