According to Milos Zeman, it was Turkey that was the intermediary in a number of operations, when the militants seized most of the territory of Syria and Iraq.
Zeman also believes that the president of Turkey is close to the Islamic radicals and Turkey itself is “more likely a state that professes Islamic ideology.”
Erdogan has yet to comment on the accusations.
